COOKIES POLICY

The following cookies policy model is protected by the copyright law, which is applied to IAB Poland and comes from wszystkoociasteczkach.pl

1.The service does not collect any information automatically, with the exception of the information contained in the cookies files.

2.Cookies are the computer data, in particular the text files that are stored in the final device of service user and are designed for use the service websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they came, the storage time on the final device and a unique number.

3.The entity submitting cookies on the final device of the Service User and gaining access to them is the operator of Service Zone IT Sp. z o.o. with registered office at ul. Dembowskiego 59/5, 51-670 Wrocław, entered in the National Court Register under the number 0000401815 by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczny, 6th Commercial Department KRS, NIP: 898-219-80-01, Regon: 021758025.

4.Cookies are used to:

1. adjust the content of the websites of the Service to the User's preferences, and to optimize using of the websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the Service User's device and view the website adjusted to its individual needs;
2. create statistics that help to understand how the Service Users use the websites, which allows to improve their structure and content;
3. maintenance of the session of the Service User (after logging in), so that the User does not need to provide username and password on any sub-site;

5.The Service uses two basic types of cookies: "session" (session cookies), and "persistent" (persistent cookies). "Session cookies" are temporary files that are stored on the final device of the User until it is logged out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). "Persistent cookies" are stored on the final device of the User by the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until the User removes them.

6.The Service uses the following types of cookies:

a."necessary" cookies, allowing to use the services available within the Service, for example authentication cookies used for the services that require authentication within the Service;

b.cookies used to assure safety, e.g. used to detect abuse within authentication within the Service;

c."performance" cookies to collect information about using the websites of the Service;

d."functional" cookies to "remember" the user-selectable settings and personalize the User's interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the /user  comes, font size, appearance of the website, etc.;

e."advertising" cookies to provide the Users with more advertising content adjusted to their interests.

7.In many cases, the software used to browse the websites (browser) allows to store cookies on the User's final device by default. The Service Users can change settings related to cookies any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block automatic handling of cookies in the web browser configuration or inform about their each time submitting in the device of the Service User. The detailed information about possibilities and ways of handling cookies is available in the software settings (web browser).

8.The Service operator informs that the restrictions to use cookies can influence on some functions of the websites of the Service.

9.Cookies submitted in the final device of the Service User can be used also by the advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.
